Test method: 

Sample is connected to the fixture of the equipment,and placed into the test equipment (Hot current of air in the space of test should be equipped with a stirrer and temperature is controllable).A detect current about 10mA(no more then 100mA)is passed through the sample and a thermometer is placed junction to the sample to monitor the opening temperature .The temperature of the test equipment is raised at the rate of 0.5~1ºC per minute until the sample functioned.

Working Principle of KSD301 Series Temperature Thermostat: 
 
When the electrical appliance works normally, the bimetallic sheet is in the free state and the contact is in the closed / open state. When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the contact is opened / closed, and the circuit is cut / closed, so as to control the temperature. When the electric appliance cools to the reset temperature, the contact will automatically close / open and return to the normal working state.

Kindly Note:

1.Do not collapse, loosen or deform the top of cover surface during installation to avoid affecting performance.
2.Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the interior of the thermostat or crack the housing.
3.The thermostat should be stored in a warehouse with RH less than 90% and ambient temperature less than 40 ºC, which is ventilated, clean, dry.
