The Corrugated PTC Air Heater is an advanced heating module based on a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) ceramic heating element. Its most notable feature is the corrugated aluminum alloy fin housing surrounding the heating core. This design is not merely aesthetically pleasing; it significantly increases the surface area in contact with the air, greatly improving heat exchange efficiency. Through forced convection (driven by a fan), it rapidly heats cold air into a powerful, stable hot air output, making it an efficient and safe choice for modern electric heating applications.

Different with surface charged PTC heater, the surface uncharged PTC heater doesn't have electricity in its aluminium surface. The PTC thermosistors, to be in charge of heating, have been encapsulated inside of two layers of yellow insulated paper. PTC heating elements have been assembled and fixed in the aluminum tube through hydraulic press. To send out heat in time, the tubes with PTC thermistors have been surrounded tightly by hundreds of aluminum ripples. These ripples have been assembled by special glue.

 

As its insulation, this PTC heater is safer than surface charged PTC heater, it has wider applications than other models.

This PTC heater usually brings with two heat -resistant plastic frames and different kind of anti-fire wires. The dimension and shape of the two frames are designed according to the structure of the end heater. This kind of frame is made by mould. To save cost, client can use the design of our ready made frame to plan their own products. Client can also require us to make new mold for this frame, our design team can be helpful with that.
